These Terms and Conditions govern your use of QOOK CREATIVE HUB. By creating an account, signing in with Google, downloading resources, submitting testimonials, or using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site, attempt fraud, violate policies, or harm other users.
• This site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the site with permission from a parent or guardian.

Educational Content and Downloads

Tutorials, assets, courses, rewards, and downloadable files are provided for learning and creative use. Unless a separate license says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reupload, or claim our original content as your own.

External links, Google Drive files, YouTube videos, WhatsApp links, and third party platforms are controlled by their own owners and terms. We are not responsible for third party content, outages, or policy changes.

Community Conduct

• Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, violent, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to manipulate points, leaderboards, rewards, ad impressions, ad clicks, or download gates.
• Do not upload malware, spam, automated traffic, credential harvesting pages, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not interfere with the site's security, availability, authentication, or administrative tools.

Advertising and Monetization

If ads are shown, they must be treated as advertising. You must not click your own ads, ask other people to click ads, create automated impressions, or use deceptive layouts that make ads look like navigation, downloads, or required actions.

Ads may be labelled only with clear terms such as Sponsored or Advertisement. Download buttons, reward buttons, navigation links, and editorial content must remain visually separate from ad placements. Non-rewarded ads must never be presented as required actions, and rewards must never be offered for invalid clicks or artificial impressions.

Users and administrators must follow applicable Google AdSense Program policies, Google Publisher Policies, and ad placement rules when ads are active on the site.

Originality, Quality, and Editorial Standards

The site is intended to provide useful, original learning content for designers, including tutorials, resources, courses, commentary, community features, and creator updates. We may remove thin, copied, misleading, unsafe, or low-quality content when it does not meet our standards or advertising partner requirements.

We do not allow content that promotes illegal activity, harmful conduct, hate, harassment, malware, deceptive downloads, adult sexual material, or copyright infringement. Members must only submit content they are allowed to share.

User Submissions

By submitting testimonials, profile details, or other content, you grant us permission to display, moderate, edit for formatting, and remove that content in connection with the site. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

No Guarantees

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact reward availability, ranking outcomes, course availability, third party services, or that the site will meet every requirement for ad network approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QOOK CREATIVE HUB and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
